Good to know. I think the worst game in my collection is Fighter Maker and that wasn't mine. It was passed down to me from my brother when he moved away and didn't care to retain any of his things.

it seems to mean that citizens are getting smurfed on taxes in being forced to pay for new stadiums or reconstructed stadiums etc but without the context I could not tell you

possible in cobb county, ga but I am not aware of any stadiums there (that doesn't mean there aren't any, I am just unfamliiar)
