Ah, I guess it's summer in your part of the world then, I spent all day today working in the rain D: umm, I'm not too sure what you could do. I always like going on road trips and stuff with friends if I have free time, you could do something like that.

I'm not too bad thanks. I was sick with the flu a little while a go but I'm pretty much over that, so I'm pretty much just working and stuff at the moment. Went through a pretty bad patch of being broke which I'm just now getting out of. How are you?

I've shed like 3/4 of a stone in the last month or so. I am not really attempting to lose weight because I'm still drinking and my alcohol intake should mean I'm not losing weight due to empty calories and such but yeah. I've lost 3/4 of a stone which is awesome because I want to ideally lose like a stone and a half all together. I need to sort out doing some actual excercises though to go with since I am keen to put on more upper body muscle and to tone and define my abs. x

I'm good thanks, just busy with work and the fact that I'm moving out of my current place in a couple of months time. Hows you? x

ahh so you're one of them halfbreeds? Half sheep half human (SPOILER)I'm kidding, I am just messing with you, most of the welsh people I know are actually lovely so heh I'm a mixture of Polish and English though I know very little Polish to speak it and almost none to actually write it, I do like the country however. x
