I can't imagine the suffering you've had to endure, my dear. I sincerely and wholeheartedly apologize for abandoning you to get eaten alive by mosquitos and have the smell of campfire smoke engraved into my DNA.

How was your movie?

There's bodypump class Monday (weight lifting) and again on Wednesday. There's spin on Tuesday and Thursday. There's also CXWORX on Tuesday, and Wednesday, which is a full body workout that they switch up every week. It usually involves a wide range of different exercises. And there's a spin/abs on Wednesday and a Yoga on Thursday. They're all an hour except for the CXWORX is 30 minutes, which is okay because I'm ready to fall over at the end of that 30 minutes.
