How long after cutting out breads and sweets does it usually take before you start noticing a difference? Not that I'm saying I should be noticing it after 2 days, just curious

Thank you! I'm making a lot of big changes this year, but the plan is that it works out in the end. I can't just sit around and expect my life to change for the best now can I?

Also, trying to lose weight so I'm cutting out most breads, pastas, junk food, and sweets. Is rice a yay or nay?

Doin stuff is scary though. I have no idea what the job market is like. I've found a good number of places in the area but does that mean A) They're private and don't take on other counselors? B) There's enough that they don't need more? Or C) That I could find employment with them

I guess these are questions to ask the school and also see if they have internship programs I can apply to, especially since I need like 2 years experience before I can officially be certified anyway. And when they say I need 2 years before I can be certified, does that mean I won't be paid because I'm not certified, or is it like a paid program through an employer?
