It was nothing muscular in nature. It was a medical circumcision which required general anaesthetic, and then I developed a perianal abscess like 3 days after that (just my luck). They're all fine now, it was just because of where they were located meant even walking was slow for a good few weeks. But I will take care of myself. Especially on the weights, which I'm not terribly experienced with.
Truth be told I've been meaning to join the gym for over a year now. A combination of third year University studies, two surgeries in areas that would be affected by movement, and I suppose a general sense of 'eh, I'll do it tomorrow' stymied me. Oh, and the cost as well. I'm utilising my University summer promotion deal. £30 for two months, which is very good. And because it is the summer, the University gym will be much quieter, which will do wonders for my self-esteem without gym bros laughing at me using smaller weights.
Just want to say thanks again for helping me formulate a routine. You've been so helpful.
Give to me Russell
Put it on your door too. That way even passerbys will be aware.

Hmm. It's interesting that you'd say that. I'm probably going to be offered a big promotion soon, and its something I've been chasing for a while, but I'm starting to wonder if I really want it. Would you go back, if you could?
"I'm gonna learn you to learn others, by filling out this packet! Sit quietly, I'll tell you when to sign." But I mean Cheerwine can make moat anything better. It has many medicinal properties. Cheerwine didn't pay me to say this. They just gave me more Cheerwine.
