    I just never got into AI, outside of the alchemy elements it felt like a pretty generic RPG series to me. I just quickly lost interest. I still have my friends copy though, I'm holding it ransom til he returns Secret of Mana back to me.

    Which thoughts? The ones on AI or KH?
    The major flaw I have with KH is that I'm trying to rationalize concepts in the game from an adult perspective when I should accept well enough alone and just go with the flow since it is targeted to a much younger audience than I feel it deserves. ;P

    Reminds me of my thoughts on Atelier Iris series... :meh:
    I just picked up KH: 358/2 cause I'm a whore for Roxas and I am hoping it might revive my interest in the series. Still need to get back to Persona 1 and DQVIII though...

    In a sense it was what I was expecting. It was is it was believed to be, a more traditional and Nostolgic turn based RPG.

    The problem lies with thats all it is. It's not like, for example, Final Fantasy IX which is very Nostolgic, while retainin it's own originality and charm.

    Nor is it like BoF II, which took the time old formula and used it masterfully.

    The characters aren't really bad, but you don't care for them. So all that really makes this game is a decently put together battle system, though theres no reason at all to play this over any other good game out there, as it feels stale.

So far this is the third 'Podcast' if you want to call it that I've done.

Basically the point was to discuss whether or not FF X was a good game (And I must say, most convincing argument I've heard for it yet ), though we never discussed Symore at all.

Really though we end up talking about all the numbered FF's, and it was quite a bit of fun!

Kind of a New Years Resolution

So, as of late I've been slacking off on a lot of things.

And by a lot of things I mean two things.

First off, I'm out of shape, as I've not been excersizing all that much. I mean I'm a small guy, yet I'm starting to get a little flab on me belly. That's not cool man.

So, I got me a Tae Bo tape for now, since those are fairly light work outs, and I'm starting to do it two times a week. Now by febuary I plan to pick up an instructional Martial arts book,

Harvest Moon may have been a well know series, but it's one most gamers have shied away from, finding the very concept of a farming simulator to be a waste of time.
