    Ooh sounds nice that infuser pitcher. I might have to look into that. It is great that your husband is in it with you, that is very positive and motivating for both you two, as well as your pole dance friends and class. By the way that pole dance class sounds interestingly fun though I got to tell you SammieBabe! I don't think there is any here in where I live but if there I will just have to give it a go. Keep us posted! I will be posting my results to soon. I have been working 30mins/ three to four days on my treadmill and have been generously seeing some improvements. Enjoy now!

    I hear you SammieBabe, but one thing I know is true the heart! we have to have our coffee in the morning! I hope you find the right brand of seltzer water. I am currently drinking a brand called La Croix sparkilng water. I like it cold though, there are variety of flavors that you can choose. Iced teas our delish and better than soda so yay =D I am glad you are doing this for you because you will feel good in the end and know that you are taking control of things. I personally have struggled with things and I am taking back control of things. We are still young and strong to accomplish our goals so lets help each other out!     Hi! Just wanted to pop in and chat bit. That's great to hear bout you quitting soda. It will take time but soon you will be passing the soda aisle like a pro. What have you been substituting soda for? Like I mentioned in the thread seltzer water is much better because it's carbonated, low calorie and you can probably add some flavor if you want. I just like it because of the carbonation especially I have hard time after eating.

Between going through my old LJ this week and checking in here more, I am just full of that bitch this week.

It never ceases to amaze me how some things change, yet stay the same. Super cliché, I know.

Mostly, I wish that I had realized then, that some of the conversations I've looked through recently were going to be my last talks with those people. I'd have been more witty and insightful, or at least appreciated that person more.
