Rest is probably the most risky move in the game. It's like flipping a coin about a stock. If you hit with Rest, it's a guaranteed KO. I you miss, you're the one who's getting KOed, or at the very least put at an insane dissadvantage.

But even without Rest, Jiggly is a pretty good character.

I dont like Jigglypuff. Whenever I try to use Rest, I miss and someone kills me.

But...Jigglypuff...

I always play as either Peach, Dr. Mario, Bowser, or Yoshi. Usually Dr. Mario, cause the pills make a cool noise when they hit someone.

And I actually beat the crap out of my brother, who played as Marth, with him several times. Even though Marth is pretty much an insane Bowser-counter. On the other hand, I'm a lot better than my brother at SSBM... but still. Bowser is also a lot more FUN to play with than overpowered characters like Fox and Sheik.
