Heh, where's the information on that? I found something completely random a long time ago and I saved it because it was a huge picture with lots of Touhou characters on it-- anyway, I remember the cards had names on them, so looking back at them, one said 'The Empress' on it, and I also saw 'The Fool' and 'The Magician', which I know I've seen in Persona before-- either way, according to that, the third one is 'The High Priestess', and the fourth is 'The Empress'.

Confusing conflicting information is confusing.

I have no idea. When I say I'm not very far into the game yet, I'm not kidding. I don't even know what the different types of arcana are. I'll let you decide.
