Where do you work? I work in a stationary shop/warehouse. It's only temporary till I can gather enough money and find my feet. Then I'll be off to a bigger city to start my actual career.

Wow! We must have the same work schedule. Well, I have every other Wednesday and Thursday off and I'm off every other Sunday. You got a point about both working the weekend and Wednesday and Thursday.

Yes and no. The good thing about when I worked on the weekends was I had Wednesday and Thursday off. This meant that all the kids were at school and I could go places without having to dodge a million people. The stink thing was most of my friends would be doing things on the weekend which meant I couldn't because I had work. Now, though, I have sundays off, so I can go out on saturday night and on the sunday.

At my place we get paid a bit more on weekends although, I never pay attention to how much. Working both days on the weekend can suck sometimes. huh?

Don't think so. I know I get payed more if I work public holidays but I'm not sure about weekends. I only work one day on the weekend anyway, which is Saturday so it wouldn't make much of a difference. My old roster had me working on both days.

Yeah, I'm pretty much over my hangover now. Unfortunatly I have to go to work tomorrow. But it's money, so I'm not complaining.

Haha! That's pretty much the reason I'm off this weekend. Not a good idea to go to work at 6am hungover!
