When Avarice-ness first invented Christmas, she thought it was a crap idea. So, instead of crappy carols and love and that malarky, she decided to make it a holiday of present giving! Because she din't half like her free stuff pl0x.

After a few hundred years, this got boring. Avarice-ness decided that obesity was the solution to this boredom, so she invented a fat, never-aging old man (figure that one out), who supposedly brought everyone presents on the Christmas Eve/Christmas Day night. Ludicrous though this was, it was a big hit amongst the children, and many insane adults, and Avarice-ness got completely loaded off it.
