Paninipower or whatever he was called PM'ed me and told me that he was the second account of some guy that was banned before, I didn't know that he would be banned but I'm not too sure on the rules here yet.

Thing is, how did you know about it? I have enough forum experience at some other places, and I haven't seen it discussed anywhere else, so you must know this person. And after that, he sent you to get me into trouble?

Also, no one has told me who this guy is yet.
