Hm.....the battle system seems pretty groovy to me, and I wasnt far at all. Lets see where I was. Well, KOS MOS just got her ass beaten by T-elos, and we wound up in front of Labyrinthos. Thats as far as I got.

Battle in III takes a while to get groovy, but it does. There's not a ton of techs though, and most of hers are just the Lunar Blade animation. Lunar Blade

They are really long in this one.......PET PEEVE ALERT. Fallen Eagle? Havent gotten it yet. So far all of Shions techs are nearly identical.

I don't care! All techs in that game are too long. I like them in III because they last like a second. And Shion's Fallen Eagle is beyond funny.

X BUSTER takes just as long as any tech if you skip the scene where she opens her 10-pack.

I got so good at Poker playing that game, and now I've forgotten all the rules and suck again. X-Buster is nice, but goddamn it takes forever. Belly button beams are all the rage in the future.

Rain Blade is OKAY. I am more of an Angel Blow and X BUSTER type of guy, though.
