Radiant Garden ended rather oddly. Lots of ignorance going on. So this man who I'm guessing is Xigbar's original comes by after defeating the Trinity Armour and goes "Hey, I captured Xehanort! Bet you can't catch me!"

Terra takes the bait, ends up having to use the power of darkness to defeat him (which I guess was the plan) and then leaves for other worlds, but only after accepting the so-obviously-evil Xehanort as his master. Goddamn it Terra! And he abandons Aqua even though she has a point about checking up on him.

Seriously, everyone has a smokescreen around Xehanort. Right at the start Eraqus invites him to the exam, then suddenly the orbs of light become infused with darkness. Hmm, that seems suspicious.

So I'm guessing after Disney Town ---> Olympus ---> Deep Space ---> That locked out world I'll be in the endgame? This certainly seems like the second half of the story. Disney Town very much seems like a breather episode.

Hey, update time!

So, BBS is going super well. Really enjoying it. I'm now in Radiant Garden and it is lovely seeing it in happier times. Met Merlin and Winnie the Pooh makes another appearance as a command board. I ended up getting High Jump by stealing one of Tigger's panels. Haha!

Combat is fun as ever. Got all my D-links to level two, and Maleficent's second finisher is fun and powerful. But the best thing is the melding. I managed to make Mega Flare from combining Fission Firaga and Crawling Fire. I mean, the reload time is atrocious. But it is super powerful. I know there's a Magic Haste ability that can reduce reload speed so I'll try to multi-install it through furious melding.

Having said that, I shouldn't go too crazy because I'm only halfway through the game. At least, I think I am. Radiant Garden seems like a natural 'mid-point'.

I need some variety here. I did start Silent Hill 3 tonight, got past the prologue and then shut down to restart an old save file of FFVII cause I've been doing the song numbers from that game in CC. Then I played CC after I got a ways into VII.

I'm currently working on the set of heroes from games that I don't really love the soundtrack to or don't know it very well. Not looking forward to the eventual dive into the XIII trilogy and X-2. Though Mystic Quest will be fun, though I'll seriously need to use will power not to buy up all the missing tracks from my fave FFs in the DLC or buy all the tracks from Mana, CT, and Xenogears. I mean I know they're a dollar a piece and you're certainly getting your money's worth, but that trout adds up as iTunes has taught me harshly time and again.

You're just mad because one of your seasons takes up half the year.

Honestly, atmosphere is a big deal for me, I like playing scary games around Halloween and I love playing DQ and FF in November and December.
