But no one wants to hear it. I've tried Let's Plays, and essays, and fanfiction, and it just feels like I'm screaming into the wind. It's part of why I keep giving up on them.

It's not necessarily even the creative aspect, it's the feeling that I'm just talking to myself about it. Like it's not going anywhere, I can't discuss it with people, and it's no fun.

My head is filled with imaginary worlds. But if I can't communicate them to anyway, there's no reason to take them out of there.

Hell, I've written the best darned episode of modern Dr. Who in my head, but I've only been able to discuss it with my family.

No, not really. I get depressed in such things without audience feedback. And I have trouble just following through, I guess. Once I get rolling, I feel obliged to keep going, and it starts to feel more like work than fun. Especially without an audience to engage with or who is excited about it.

I'm always daydreaming new story ideas, just make sure to write down some notes about it so you don't forget.

As for XII on the Vita... I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the issue for being passed over was due to the Vita not being powerful enough to handle it. I remember my GF letting me play MGS3 on it and Konami had to kinda downgrade it to get the poor thing to run on the machine. It could probably handle the original, but not the remaster, it's not like FFX which is a smaller and more static design.

I do get how damn tempting it is to just start new projects though That rush of motivation when you get into something new and exciting is pretty damn intoxicating.

I'm sorry that SE has decided to really double down on the PS4 this gen.

Happy to hear you found a cool little gem of a game. I made the mistake of starting FFXII: The Zodiac Age and it's killed my productivity. Hence why I haven't updated NaNo for a few days. It's been very interesting to see the changes made to it. I'm trying to get the Sunstone currently, but instead I'm hunting Marks and checking guides to see if I can find a better weapon for Vaan. The graphical changes haven't been too noticeable for me besides colors being a bit more vibrant, the remixed OST is pretty snazzy, and so far the biggest surprises have been seeing the major gameplay changes made to compensate for the job system.

I shall look into it. The overview trailer looked interesting, but I can't hear the sound until I'm at home (currently on break at work).
