It is a whirlwind of poutine in here.

Poutine, my friends, is a delectable Canadian dish originally invented by French Canadians. It has fries, gravy, and melted cheese or cheese curds. It is truly the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. If you ever visit Canada, give it a try.

Of course, there is an art to good poutine. Too much gravy makes it soggy; too much salt (especially when fries already have salt on then as well as salty gravy) makes it digusting; tiny, wimpy thin fries makes it unappealing; and good gravy is a key.

Hopefully if any of you ever do try it, you will be lucky enough to get a good format of poutine.
