Were you one of those guys that was trying to worship the heathen practices of the Fire God? If so that might have been me, but it was only to frighten you. Or maybe it was Thor. He tends to do that randomly for sport.

I guess your two hours of sleep is good news... even if it was a very short sleep. I got 6 hours, which is actually sort of a bare mimimum for me. I had trouble getting up even then.

Remember what I said though. You can always use a small supplement of medication for your occasional bouts of insomnia. I'm already on a med with a sedative effect as a mood stabilizer, so that usually helps me, if the sedative effect is strong enough. For those who don't actually suffer from mood variation, I suggest a low 5mg dose of Imovane (aka Zoppiclone). Strong stuff, but not too bad in low doses.

Pretty good at the moment. I had a bad sleep last night, but overall I'm doing well.
