Nah, XP, and I did uninstall and reinstall. No idea what's up with it. My PC does have ungodly low RAM though so maybe that's it.

Well now several regular users seem to dislike me for taking a stand against the staff, after years of everyone complaining about them.

I guess most people enjoy complaining but not committing, and when their rep is on the line, they'll abandon what they believe in.

Well, it just goes to show how fickle forum popularity is. In some ways I'm glad I took this stand. I spoke out when I saw something that I thought was unjust, and even though the consequences may have been difficult to deal with, I can say that I made that tough decision. I can't back down now. My destiny on these forums is now set. I will have to stick by what I believe in, even if it may not be popular with some. I found that the people cried out about this issue time and time again. I ignored it, I supported the staff, I did my share of sucking up to avoid being banned.

Well that time is passed. If people are going to go back on what they wanted, fine. It's their choice not to try to actively make this more of a democracy, to ensure it's always the great place it's always been, to ensure it's not just in the hands of a select few. It's their loss if they choose that.

I truly respect those that are ready to stand by me and stay true to their complaints, and do something about it.

I don't, or rather, can't go on Second Life anymore. My SL client keeps crashing.
