Beer does tastes like crap; which is one of the many reasons I decided not to drink.

(SPOILER)White Wine has a very sweet taste. The alcohol in it makes it really... really cool, actually. I like white wine very much. Of course, one can drink too much of it, if precautions are not taken.

Darker wines are very strong, and, like most drinks, are far more directly used for the purposes of drunkenness. I do not condone being drunk.
Like any other drug/addiction, being drunk can take your entire life. Too many people I've known lose their will to do anythign but drink. They may as well be potheads.
Not to mention a friend of mine who drank and drive and not only lost his inclination to do anything but drink, but he lost his ability to do anything but lay around and make an ash of himself, 'cause he's dead and they cremated his body.

I ain't saying that your curiosity will kill you, as it has done to the proverbial cat.
I don't know what I'm saying. I'm just some dork who says "alcohol is bad," I guess.
It isn't really bad. It's fun. It has a cool taste (Actually, beer tastes horrible, as well as most strong liquors) - It's simply a super precarious and very dangerous past-time.

edit: The above spoiler is kinda like a public service announcement. On re-reading, it has very little point. I do not necessarilly advice that you read the pointless rant, and yet I shall not delete it.

I've never had wine, but I want to try it to see what it tastes like.

I'd never drink alcohol because I wouldn't want to risk losing control over myself.

I drink and am skinny as hell infact I keep getting told I'm too skinny the only one who agrees I am a smexy weight now at work is the new girl lol.

Hey, even if I was old enough, I still wouldn't buy it. With all of the disadvantages of drinking alcohol, I plan to not drink at all.

That's a wise choice that I intend to follow.

Hey, even if I was old enough, I still wouldn't buy it. With all of the disadvantages of drinking alcohol, I plan to not drink at all. Here are some reasons not to drink -

1. It can become an addiction. (Whenever my father would let me sip some wine when I was younger I felt compelled to drink more of it - but luckily I didn't. That shows some sign of me possibly developing an addiction if I'd had more.)
2. Obviously it isn't safe to drink and drive, so I would need a ride from a party, which is annoying.
3. It can have negative effects on behaviour, especially for people susceptible to mood variation like me.
4. It's highly calorific and hard on the liver, among creating other health concerns.
5. I won't get anything good out of alchohol that I can't get out of plain old water - which has practically everything in a fluid a human needs.

So yeah, for those reasons I don't plan to drink alcoholic beverages at all. But thanks for the celebratory sentiments.
