I would have to say that that is my interpretation of what happened, also.

Maybe clout is like a weird Dr. Jekyll guy, but instead of Mr. Hyde he actually becomes a super heroic python who has to fly and save people and squeeze badguys to death, and as he was reading the PM he became they python and had to fly away and save me from a bad dream.
