crash, "I hate myself and I want to die" (it's not I wish I was dead) isn't a rare find. It could be found on "The Beavis and Butthead Experience" (which would explain those sounds at the beginning of the song depending on what version you have).
Also, it was just as easily found as a B-Side of Pennyroyal Tea.
