Making poutine can be difficult. Most importantly, you have to find good quality fries and find a really good gravy recipe. (It will be very tricky to find good gravy powder, so I wouldn't bother. You'll probably have to make it from scratch.) Remember that the cheese should be mozzarella - shave up some stringy pieces and melt them over the fries, or just buy mozzarella cheese curds.

Test subjects are people too!

Sociology deals more with systems and bar graphs. It's more of observing and drawing conclusions from. You will have to deal with people from time to time but it's more about collecting data and asking for specific information.

Psych does deal with people, but you don't necessarily have to be a pychiatrist. You can always do research. Dealing with people who are just test subjects is way more easy to handle.

I recommend you take Psychology and Sociology. They are both very informative classes and I feel they give you a better understanding of people.
