Sometimes the environment namely the people really contributes to mental illnesses. I always wonder why can't everyone just give & take and not be so harsh to each other. I like to read and watch videos about Finland. Its tax and various welfare policies that help to keep its people happy. Gosh, their tax is really high but it kinda is working well.
