I love the eevee evolutions, so they don't die. This means they usually get sent to my box or left with exp share. Or if I have to use them and they do faint, It is only because they were the last pokemon in my party, so I let them live. I am very very good at pokemon though, so even though I played nuzlock on my pokemon black, I have had to realease only 2 pokemon total.
