Not too much. Signing up for school, looking for work. I've been reading a lot and I decided to play FFVIII for the first time. I think maybe the busiest thing I've done lately is scramble to get some writing done.

I have been now, and now the joint problem seems to be fixed, but there's still the matter of a (minor) torn ligament. No idea what the damage will be, but I think I need to take a week off.

Yes, common events are amazing. I don't use them nearly as often as I should. I have weather and time systems that I could put into common events if I really wanted but I've already become accustomed to plugging the events into every new map. Plus, other things I could put into common events usually make more since for me to put them in the actual scripts anyway. Meh.
