Or to clarify, there's a difference between what you do - constructive criticism (this is some stuff you guys could do to improve) and outright criticism (staff are all lazy troutbags), the former is of course very useful and I hope you know that.

Okay. Well, I'm glad you're able to find ways to stay positive and appreciative even when you're unhappy. I think most of the time I am too, but I've never really thought of it like that (that you can be unhappy and still be "positive"). Not that I'm positive all the time, just that I probably am more than I give myself credit for?

That's a poor management strategy. I wouldn't ever want to be a manager because I don't think I'd enjoy it, but you do need to give guidance and constructive criticism if you want your place of work to run smoothly.

AND YES! NEW GLASSES! The ones I have now are okay, but he did say my prescription changed. The ones I have now are in sorry shape, though. The lens is being held together with that plastic string that holds tags to clothes, one of the earpieces is completely gone, and the remaining earpiece is only held on with superglue.

Aaaaah, I loved it. As I say, some of the moments are a bit hokey - the hypothetical sequences. But once the story gets going and those stop, it's just wonderful.
