There's a few Lucca, Marle, Crono, Magus, and a Crono+Marle one all from Chrono Trigger, Farah from Tales of Eternia (victory pose), Suzu (ninja) and Arche (on the broom, victory pose) from Tales of Phantasia, the FF5 gang dressed up as the dancer class, Kevin the wolf guy from Seiken Densetsu 3 (I think, don't really remember now ), and the anime one is Guu from Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu
