yeah, it's a bitch when they do that, he sounds like Monty! Monty disappears all the time. Check if any of your neighbours have female cats (usually cats won't go further than like a block or two) if they do then ask them if they've seen Robot (take a picture with you obviously) chances are they might have seen him. Also, don't be afraid to put "missing cat" posters up thats always a good thing (do this within like a 1mile radius) it would be worth a shot at least. When you eventually get him in, keep him in and get him to the vet the very next day! he should be less interested when you've had him done, though as a man I have to sympathize with the cat, he knows what they're for and he knows what you're after doing and hell if I were him I'd be long gone too
