Would you agree that it stops getting awesome after FF X?

That might depends on square enix and other possible alternate source for ff information.

During that period the FF games are like in its golden age. Fan sites and forums emerged rapidly.

Sad to say now it had lost most of its former glory. Forums and fan sites died rapidly too.

EoFF is one of the rare site that survived but still no where as active as before but it can't be helped much at the moment.

If it's a specific FF, it's best to put it in the specific FF forum, however an alternative is that you could post it into the Let's Play forum. General FF is for posts about more than one FF game.

You'd be surprised how many responders you get with Let's Play threads. They are some of our most popular threads at EoFF. If you are updating the thread every hour or so, just edit your last post. If you are updating every day, then don't worry about double posting, I'm sure we can let it slide for that kind of thread. A mod might merge your posts into the more recent post later on, if anything, but that's just to help things stay tidy while still allowing you to bump the thread.

I'm not sure. I have no intention to make it grow into like EoFF for example. Maybe just between with a few close friends or just us spamming and doing crazy stuffs.

Haha, it's a gift for my boyfriend. The forum he used to visit closed down. So I've decided to make one for him just for fun. As exactly what it will be about, it's not really important.

Click on the Quick Links link on the navbar. *points up* It's just below Chat/Streams etc. Anyway, once you've done that, there should be a vBActivity link which will give you all the nitty gritty details. Explore the sidebar on that page for things like how many posts/threads you have in each of the relevant forums, what each achievement requires and how many people have got them.
