Well I hope you have a great, productive day then!

I mean, it's cool. It just goes to show how differently people's minds work. And I love that the way I think really helps me enjoy what is probably my overall favorite series so much. I just can't help but feel put down upon when so many people say stuff like this. I know they never mean it or anything, they probably just end up frustrated because they see it as complete bulltrout, but still, it's kind of sad to me.

yeah, see, I get that! It's not everyone's cup of tea, and I respect that.

But even among long-time fans of the series, the consensus seems to be "yeah, the main story makes absolutely no smurfing sense, but the gameplay is fun and there's Disney! Yay!"

And I'm just...??? It's like a plot of a shonen manga and I really can't wrap my head around over how it's too complex to follow and sometimes I just wonder if maybe there's something wrong with me if I don't get the same vibe everyone else gets

I mean, i am apparently the only person on the Internet who has no problem whatsoever keeping up with the story of Kingdom Hearts. I really don't get it. So whatever I have, Nomura must have it too.

The Spirit Healer specialisation (which Wynne starts with, I believe) comes with a Revival spell.

Besides the spell, there are no other methods, like phoenix downs or other items, sorry Pumpkin! Really, the best way is to keep very careful eye over your health. Poultices come fairly frequently, so it is better to keep an ally alive than having to revive them if they get downed.

As for crafting runes, traps and poisons, try this link. It's for PC, but the gist is there. Basically, bring up the radial menu, and select the skills trap-making, herbalism, rune-crafting or poison-making. You're then taken to a sub-menu where you can mix ingredients. You need recipes, which can be purchased at various vendors, so keep an eye out.

Well, in happier news, I'm preparing cottage cheese pancakes for tomorrow. The cool thing about these pancakes is that they're supposed to - and actually do! - taste like potato pancakes, even tho the only potato used in this recipe comes in the form of potato flour

There shouldn't be too many Dragon Genes available yet, and you only really need to look for a few of them. The Masters are a bit more important but since you're still at the point where you can't freely move around the map yet, it's not terribly important since you can't even go speak to them consistently to get your earned skills. Your best bet is to use the Study command to try and learn a few skills from enemies. Basically, every character in this game is a Blue Mage.

She's pretty eccentric but not in an over-the-top type of way most stories present them. She's just very single minded about her passions. She's also one of the heavy hitting characters and is a great mage if you teach her offensive magic.
