It's not too complex. Just make sure you do lots of missions. And it's better to have a smaller, dedicated and better leveled party than a large one, though that gives you the advantage of more classes at once. For humans, Paladins, Ninjas, Fighters, and Blue Mages especially are awesome. Nu Mou and Bangaa have great jobs all across the board, though Alchemist and Morpher are most recommended for the former, while Gladiator for the latter. The best job for moogles is juggler, though gunner is cool for range, though sadly, moogles are probably the wimpiest race, as they don't have much physical strength, are outspeed by Viera, and out magicked by Nu Mou. Which is why their best jobs are those that use gimmicks, like status effects. The Viera have what is considered the best job in the game by many - the Assassin, though Sniper, Summoner and Elementalist are also pretty darn great.

Keep in mind though, blue mages and morphers require some effort to be really good, but gathering all you need is quite fun and the end result is really worth it. Nu Mou will be the best choice for black mages, really devastating stuff from early game to end game, while Viera will be the best choice for white mages, since while they may heal for a little less than Nu Mou, they are much quicker, and that's pretty crucial for healing.

Good timing on that question! I just wrote one rather difficult test at university, so now I should have a bit more leeway. It's still full-on test time, though, so my visual noveling is pretty limited.

I'm not making you hurry or anything, since I haven;'t had the time to write anything for that since the first one XD But I'll try to do it this weekend, and maybe some feedback? Yeah, I'm trying to become disciplined again. Less time wasted on looking up facts, more time on actually writing something I feel is important.

I hope so! He'll find another job or go back to school or something. Meanwhile, I'll keep writing! I'll be a novelist at some point, I hope.

I know you can achieve and accomplish your goals and school. You can do it Pumpkin, just go with the flow and when you're in a pickle just take a deep breath and think of all the challenges you will surpass and the wonderful outcome it will bring forth to you!

We would but Dalton's having to work a massive amount of overtime and hasn't had a day off in 16 days and wont until like march. (he's so tired but they're trying to push their last orders and then close up shop so he may not have a job soon) Maybe I should plan a vacation for the future though.
