I am. Sonia has been quite isolated. She spent her first part of the ship in tears, and therefore didn't have much interaction. She then spoke with you, Victor and Sigrid, and then the next day "WEREWOLVES" happened, and so that's not exactly had much chance for deep personal conversation either.

But then, it has been rather action-y and I understand that. Sonia is perfectly happy being caught in the wake of other character's plot-lines

Yup. That's the plan. I just feel like the wind has been taken out of my sails as it were academically. I was doing great until March, then events happened and now I'm slowly dragging my way back out.

Don't worry, I'll vent ALL about it in the Lifestream at some point. I feel a combination of stupidity and hopelessness at my academic situation, currently. I spent so much time recuperating and recovering I didn't really focus on my work.

Not fantastic. From the surgeries and the.. other stuff, I've had several extensions on my dissertation proposal. Due to issues stemming from that, I've not exactly been in a great state of mind, and so I got a fairly low grade for it overall.

I have an exam and a presentation coming up in mid-July, but basically I feel like my life has been in a horrible state of turbulence for the past few months. It's not been great.

Pish, this is nothing. What good is a student loan if you can't spend it on friends anyway

That's great; any-time you get the estimate is fine by me, and then I can wire you the appropriate amount through a bank transfer.

In terms of available moves, it is far, far simpler. I'm still pretty awful at it though.
