The only setback it has is the quality of the photo. I don't think it does justice to your artwork. Did you consider getting a scanner?

Cause I always think there's something off. I mean, I feel a lot more at ease with my characters because I know that, essentially, I cannot mess anything up. Here, I kinda had to compromise my cartoony style a bit to make it work because here there is a real person playing the character. That makes it all the harder to draw fan art, IMO. Plus, you know I'm not that confident in my drawing skills overall. I mean, I guess I can pull faces off pretty well overall, but I mostly just draw for myself. Putting that stuff out there in front of people is pretty damn stressful

I mean, it's not really about the bond, it's just that I feel more comfortable drawing my characters as I know I'm the only one who draws them so that is the official way they look I was thinking of drawing Scully because I really like her, was thinking of trying my hand at something new, plus, she would be a recognizable character to the others. So yeah, this is a question of whether I want to stay in my comfort zone or push myself. :/

Anyway, do you know what you're gonna draw for the first prompt yet? It's supposed to be a favorite character, but I don't really have one favorite character. I asked Proto's if I could draw an original character of mind and he said yes so I was thinking of drawing Ian because I think I've gotten the hang of drawing him lately, but I've also been watching a lot of X-Files lately and was thinking of drawing Scully. Now I don't know who to choose What do you think?
