    Ok, sounds to me like not being able to eat enough/often enough might be a factor here. Could you give me a sense of how your day is usually spread out: what time you typically get up, eat, go to school and all of that stuff. I just want to be able to track it in my head so I can get an idea of how often you're eating throughout the day. As for the fruit, I'm not surprised that fruit alone won't fill you. If you can manage some meat for snacks, some chicken or ground beef or something, they'll actually leave you feeling full longer. Basically anything with some good fat in it. It'd probably be a bit easier if you liked some kind of nuts or seeds though since they're easy to transport and don't take much space, but I'll try and think of some other alternatives.

    As for breakfast, is it just some things that make you feel queasy, or eating anything at all? Maybe you could make some bacon to take with you and eat a little later after you've had time to wake up fully?

    You should find you not only feel full longer between meals, but that you'll lose weight more quickly. You can even try weighing yerself before during and after. Don't worry about portion sizes or calories too much right away either. Just focus on only eating those foods and see how it goes. For the sake of yer sanity though, feel free to pick at least one meal during the week to treat yerself to whatever, even if it's spaghetti with ice cream for dessert. Also keep in mind that when you cut out grains, you'll probably go through a period of withdrawal where you really start to crave them, but try and stick with it and see how you do without them. The cravings will pass, and if all goes well you'll lose some weight in the process. A lot of people just can't handle eating grains at all without gaining weight. I seem to be one of them for the last few years so I know how you feel.

    Some pieces of chicken breast would probably be easiest. The upside to eating more meat as well is that the extra fat from the meat will actually help fill you, and keep you feeling full longer. I actually ate some ground beef, and some carrots with Caesar dressing for lunch about 3 hours ago and I still feel full. And it was not what most would consider a big meal by any stretch.

    I'd also like you to try an experiment if you can. Try cutting out any sort of grain product for a week, in addition to the usual cutting out junk food filled with sugar. So for a week go without any sort of bread, crackers, granola, oatmeal, or any of those sorts of foods if you can. If you can make it two weeks that'd be even better. Just stick to the basics of meat & eggs, some fruit and vegetables, and things like olive oil or some salad dressing on yer salads.

    The crackers and granola bars may actually be part of the problem, and bread or pasta if yer eating any of those. Are you eating meat with every meal and snack, or mostly just with dinner and the like? And are you eating breakfast as well? Sorry if it seems like I'm asking a lot of questions but I'm just trying to narrow down things that might be preventing you from losing much or any weight. I'd say yer doing pretty well on the exercise front. Far better than most people for sure, so it's probably diet related.

    I'd say try to make sure you get some meat (or eggs) in with every meal and snack. What I would usually do is either toss a small glass of milk (just not chocolate milk) in with my snacks, or heat up a small container of ground beef. It doesn't take much to fill you with a small snack between meals so a package of it goes quite far. Also make sure to add some sort of protein to the salad.

Hey guys, I made a fun, silly little video game site. I'll update it weekly with new stuff. Tekken Outfits!

It's time to share the outfits it took me 2000 fights to unlock in Tekken 7! Unfortunately the customization options are somewhat lacking so I had to reuse clothes. Anywho, enjoy and prepare for a lot of pastel colours
