Born in Victoria February 23 1990. Dylan grew up with his mother and stepfather until he was 9. He was transfered to foster/group home care due to the lifestyle his mother lead. He moved frequently from home to home, never making much friends due to his inability to connect. He spent a lot of time alone and grew comfortable with watching everyone from afar.
