Insanity is... insane. I've tired p90x a few times but honestly it's TOO MUCH structure for me. I like my body weight stuff and my running. (I still can't do a pull up but i'm getting better at negatives? and my assisted wall plank can now be held for 30 secs instead of 10)

Thanks! My fitbit is nice. I got Dalton a Garmin viosmart tracker yesterday. I kinda like it more than the fitbit tbh. It tracks more variations of workout stuff, like biking ir whatever. And it shows you your texts/notifications right on the watch thing. His oesnt have the heart rate monitor though. But it's nice.

At least you're moving around! That's better than nothing! Sometimes waking up and getting it done early just helps the whole day. Then when you get off work you don't have to worry about anything but relaxing.
