I know what you mean. I mean, I like it for how important a work it is, but it's not like I enjoy actually reading it.

I did enjoy the hell out of Oscar Wilde. The Great Gatsby is also pretty close to my heart and I find it pretty funny how similar in themes it is to Lalka - a very important Polish 19th century novel. I also liked some more contemporary literature by female authors like Beloved. Though I didn't really go into that field for my BA, I still enjoyed the hell out of my literature classes.

Well, we did talk about it at school, but I'm not that well-versed in literature. My BA paper was on linguistics and I studied English. So, while I am familiar with it, my knowledge of it is not that in-depth. Ironically, it's the British and American classics that I've analyzed in more detail.

That was really interesting. I can tell that was a very personal piece. I'm happy you decided to share it with us. I don't think I have anything constructive to say. You pulled me in and it made me feel like I got to know you a little better. That is some top-notch writing right there.

That is fantastic! I'm currently writing a novel, though I never attended a course or anything like that. Not really a thing here in Poland. Hey, you should contribute to our writing prompts then! I'd love to read your stuff and hear some constructive feedback from someone in the know XD

Yeah, I personally loved the story and thought it was really mature for a main FF title but, alas, the pacing killed it for most of us.
