I do volunteer works once in a while and worked with them! Those that I worked with are usually those more unfortunate though.
Dun see it as a form of discipling, treat it like guiding or mentoring! You should teach all students of all type then you might truly grow!!
Redirecting their behaviour is a form of learning for them isn't it!? In a sense you are helping them to learn too!
