Also, I was cutting a lemon and I sliced my finger. Luckily I cut at an angle, so it more shaved off the top layer of skin, and didn't go deep.

They IRONic thing is, you said it was really thick, but since spinach is a water-based plant, it probably made it more smooth. xD

I think I put too much spinach in yours. It's supposed to be 1/4c and I think I put a whole cup in. It doesn't taste any different, though.
