Hey there, car man. I have a question if you wouldn't mind helping me out...my right windshield wiper has stopped working for no reason. It kind of works, but it's very slow and won't go all the way up. When it goes back down, it thuds really hard. Any idea what might be going on? And even more important: will it be cheap to fix?
