It's going to be a bit before I can try the starting fluid stuff. Yesterday, when I got the car from work, it managed to start as I said when that coolant to radiator tube was messed with. I can't remember if I mentioned that after it started up, I had no issues for the entire drive home. It drove as smooth as it ever has and never gave any indication that it was going to shut off on me or anything. I just figured I'd mention that in case that would help at all. I may just take it into a mechanic that my girlfriend goes to because they've always done good work for her, and they'll diagnose it for dirt cheap as I understand it. They'll even just put the diagnosis cost towards the repair cost if I choose to get whatever work done there. It'll all depend on if I'm able to have the time off to work on the car myself and if my girlfriend or her brother will have comparable time off to drive me around to get what I need to work on it.
