We have lots of cookies; Jessica's parents sent a giant box of cookies to her for her birthday, which was just about a week ago. They are wonderful.

What you should do is buy a new computer with a little more power than you'd need to deal with the software (because the hardware will handle pretty much everything other than storage), and dedicate that computer solely to music, not of the listening sort, but of the recording sort.

There's no reason in shelling out the cash for it if you can't even use it, right? So, I found the software, but I won't invest in the hardware until I have steady income and the rest of my bills paid off and all of that real world jazz. Sorry that I disappeared like that! Jesswee and I have been waiting to play FFXIII together, and now that she's here, we bought it! So we've been doing that constantly for the past week XD
