I haven't been using anything to quit. People seem to say how hard it is to quit by going cold turkey and I wanted to prove them wrong. Perhaps I am doing well because I haven't been a smoker for very long, which is kind of cheating I guess.

Oh yeah. I don't mean to boast but yesterday (Monday) was 2 weeks without smoking. I am feeling quite positive that I can pull this off! Even though it has taken a long time.
