I don’t have it anymore. My mother gave it to me YEARS ago. I last saw it on a shelf in my room at my dad’s house... which later became my sister’s room, and I don’t know what he did with all the books on it. And now it’s just a spare room.

Oh no no yeah, you can't get into that trap. Once you read it there's no point in reading it again for a few extra pages or whatever. UNLESS you feel like rereading it and spending more money. You could sell the old copy of Black Beauty on the black market.

I read the abridged version of Black Beauty, and when I found out there was an unbridged version, I was just too lazy to read it.

Yeah. I always choose that. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I chose a shortened version of it, knowing that there was more out there. MORE TO BE READ.

Ah yeah okay. I was going to ask about THAT but I didn't want to get name wrong blah. I know what you mean. That's what it's like with me and that Snow Flower book. Although I don't want to read it anymore. I am waiting until Azar finishes this book for school and then we're reading The Stand. I'm EXCITED.

I’m still reading Kingdom of Fear. I do read it everyday, but I’m just not in that kind of zone where I can sit down and read for a very long time, if you know what I mean.
