I use the word hate loosely, but I don’t let it bother me. If I tightened my use, I would probably never use it (not because I don’t truly hate things, but I usually don’t say out loud what I really REALLY hate if you know what I mean)?

That's what worries me about it. I say I hate this and I hate that but I don't know if it's true hate that I feel. Sigh.
