I don’t know any valid solutions. This is psychology... it’s like asking a plumber to milk a cow. Not that you’re asking me to fix you, a broken pipe, or even some kind of infested cow udder, but yeah. :balhahe

Yeah, I just don't know. But it would be so much easier living without it. smurf. Every time my parents leave the house I get really worried that they're going to die and that's the last time I'll ever see them. I can't stand it.

It wouldn’t necessarily be easy to live with it, but easier than changing it. Which, from what you have said, seems far from possible?

I don't know if I've ever solved one. It's not easy to smurfing live with them, though. Maybe if I knew how to go about changing. But I have no idea how to do it. I'm not sure if it's even possible, cause yeah it's such a big part of me. I'm not sure you CAN even change things like that.

I have similar problems. Is it easier to solve them, or live with them?

I know, I know. It's just so much a part of me that it's not going to be easy to get rid of it.
