What do you do? Dealing with climate change is one thing, but how to you change suicide levels?

Note that by “change suicide levels,” I mean so that not as many people die. There is no doubt that somebody would argue that it is easy to change suicide levels by just killing hundreds of people (so they don’t kill themselves).

Suicide levels in Holland are comparable to neighboring countries, but they are still too high; 1500 people are dying from suicide a year.
