Some guy did it but he changed Sheena to Tila. He was a dick I hate that guy.

I’m not sure. But Dee Dee stayed in the band. He actually left on his own accord, and after that is when he released his Dee Dee King album. I don’t think anyone was every actually kicked out of the band... well, I think Elvis Ramone may have been kicked out, but he was only in for 1 show... maybe 2 (not sure).

EDIT: You could count Marky as being kicked out due to alcoholism, I’m not too sure about that... though he did rejoin the band and played with them until the end.

What happened to him when he did THAT

He was a fighter. I remember in some Blondie interview, Debbie Harry said something about Dee Dee getting so mad at Johnny that he smashed or roasted Johnny’s guitar or something. And then tried to stab him!
