The herbal ones? Days. I thought I would have to get used to them or something, but I just gave up. They have this horrid smell, too. I tried a different type of herbal sleeping pill later on, which worked for a short while, but eventually no longer had any effect on me.

How long before you stopped taking those? :D

Not even herbal sleeping pills? Which don’t even work, by the way. Yeah, dietary supplement and no health hazards, but they keep me up until 3am and then give me a sore gut. Get smurfed.
