That's not easy stuff to shrug off. It's definitely not a sign of weakness. Maybe if it were something else it would be, but your writing is really personal. Your baby :( That's how I feel about it anyways

I don’t think enough people encouraged me. A few people did, but so much more people put me down. I should really have been able to shrug that off (or even used it to my advantagE), I guess, but I was just too weak.

Was there anything that KILLED it, or did you just slowly lose the interest over the last couple years?

I would have had it. Well, a fews years ago, anyway.

Well, you have to actually be able to do it, too. You may argue that the skewed writing ability could come from a lack of passion, and you ight be right. But I have seen p[eople who have had a lot of heart, but just haven’t been able to break throuvgh. Though I guess they were sports, which are different than writing . God damn what is wrong tihsi time

Stephen King worked in like a laundromat or somethiing. And other stuff, which you probably know of (especially the janitor job)

Yeah, I should really know that. I just....read these stories. Of people who are like accountants and still write creatively, but it takes them like 10 years to finish a short story. That scares me. I wish I wasn't so lazy.
